The purpose of W.O.W. is to serve the local community through fundraising and charitable giving. W.O.W. also
works to promote the enjoyment of its members through various social activities. Become a member and join in a community of women who are enhancing their lives as well as the lives of others.
In the fiscal year of 2020-2021, W.O.W. gave $69,452.47 to those in need. Total donations to date are a phenomenal $1,764,555.47! Visit Community Outreach for additional details.
W.O.W. is pleased to announce Women of Woodside Charitable Foundation, Inc. The mission of the parent organization, Women of Woodside, Inc., remains unchanged – to support the local community by fund-raising and other volunteer activity.
The addition of the Charitable Foundation enables W.O.W. to broaden its ability to serve the local community by affording potential donors an increased opportunity to give. For more information, visit Charitable Foundation.
On April 27th, Kathleen Bennett, president of W.O.W., received on behalf of W.O.W., The City of Aiken’s Proclamation of Appreciation for the organization’s fundraising efforts around Aiken. The proclamation can be read here.
