The purpose of W.O.W. is to serve the local community through fundraising and charitable giving.  As an added membership value, W.O.W. also works to promote the enjoyment of its members through various social activities. As we close our fiscal year, we’re proud to have been able to accomplish so much for our local community as well as our members.
Our new year began July 1st – don’t delay in rejoining W.O.W. so that you don’t miss any events, news or opportunities that your membership includes.  Please take a moment to renew your membership by clicking here.  Thank you for making Women of Woodside a very positive influence in our community.  We couldn’t have done it without you!

We’re excited to announce this year’s W.O.W. Kick Off event will be held Thursday, September 8th.  Come join us and discover the many opportunities available for our members.

Walkers gathering scheduled for the end of August.  BE A WINNER, BE A W.O.W WALKER.

Women of Woodside, our iconic Holiday Home Tour is returning this year on Monday December 5th, including our popular (and profitable!) Holiday Shop during the Tea. This event has been missed by so many, and this can certainly be our year to shine!  We know our members are the most talented and creative women in the galaxy, and here’s our chance to enjoy summer shade – and air conditioning –  by doing the things we really love for a very worthwhile cause.  We need the fruits of your passions: painting, sculpting, baking, stitching, flower arranging, ETC – holiday themed or otherwise for our Shop. We all enjoy producing more than we can use/store/eat – now is the time to indulge in blissful solitude and/or crafting parties – how we do it is as fun and creative as what we do.  Let’s show Aiken that we’re back!  We would love to be in the loop, so please let us know what you will be working on – this will help us to plan themed mini-shops to better showcase our work. Questions and comments are also so welcome – we grow together.  You can reach me at alice.ingream@gmail.com.   I can’t wait to see what this group of very special women can do – Thank you!  ~ Alice Ingream

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Independence Day!
