W.O.W. Kick Off Meeting @ Virtual Meeting via Website
Sep 1 @ 9:00 am – Sep 30 @ 5:00 pm

Annual Kick Off meeting to learn about social activities, clubs and volunteer opportunities. Due to COVID 19 restrictions this event will be held as a virtual event this year beginning on September 1  and ending on September 30 using the Women of Woodside Website.  More details will be provided via email to our current members.  Membership dues are $30.00  cash or check payable to Women of Woodside.

Angel Tag Drive – 2 Day Event @ Woodside Plantation Country Club
Oct 15 @ 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

The Angel Tag Drive will be a 2 day event held at each club for W.O.W. members to pick up their Angel Tags or if a member has not already signed up for one you may select an Angel Tag/Tags at this drop-in event.

Local organizations supported this year are: Aiken Senior life Services, Mental Health America, Children’s Place Inc. and Stand at the Crossroads.

Detailed information will be provided via  an  E-Blast that will be sent at the end of September to membership.

Annual Fall Luncheon. Doors will open at 11:00 AM and the luncheon will start at 11:30 AM.  More details to follow. Check in times will be strictly controlled due to COVID 19 restrictions.

Alzheimer’s Walk – Walk the Walk with the W.O.W. Walkers @ Neighborhood Walk
Oct 17 all-day

Groups of W.O.W. Walkers will be walking to raise funds for Alzheimer’s in their neighborhood.  Due to Covid-19 we are NOT walking at Odell Weeks and are encouraging groups of families and friends to complete the walk with masks and using social distancing in their own neighborhood.

Three ways to participate and help:

ALL IN – GO FOR IT, join our team        go to http://act.alz.org/goto/WOWWALKERS

 HALF IN , join the team and start fundraising

NOT IN, please donate, any amount to the W.O.W. Walkers           go to http://act.alz.org/goto/WOWWALKERS
